Expert Witness Services

Jim Reardon J.D.,CFP is a graduate of Washburn University Law School and a member of the Topeka Bar Association.  He has served as an experienced consultant to, and expert witness for, securities attorneys and their clients for over 10 years.  Expertise includes prudent investment management, insurance and investment product suitability and fiduciary and compliance issues. He is listed in the SEAK Expert Witness Directory.

Jim Reardon served on a national task force to provide advisory comments in the development of Prudent Practices for Fiduciary Advisors, as defined under the Pension Protection Act of 2006.  This advisor's handbook is edited and published by the Financial Planning Association.
